Pictured Above: The Warhol Seduction

This image was created for a graphic design project in which I was to appropriate an iconic painting into a new contemporary work of art by manipulating it however I saw fit. As I have always been fascinated with both Andy Warhol and pushing the acceptable boundaries, I decided to render something risque to test the administration's tolerance of "free" speech ... they politely obliged me with no recourse (2013).

Pictured Above: The Purge, Bedlam
These are a series of movie posters I rendered strictly for personal entertainment. Movie poster nostalgia is a personal interest of mine and I decided to test my skills and see what I could produce. I do not claim to own any of the brands or companies represented in the images (2015).
Pictured Above: Barack Obama and Mitt Romney 'Rock the Vote' Posters
These are two images I produced during the 2012 presidential election between, then, Democratic nominee Barack H. Obama and Republican ticket front runner Governor Mitt Romney encouraging people to get out and vote (2012).
Pictured Above: A Martian Gothic
This image was created for a graphic design project in which I was to appropriate an iconic painting into a new contemporary work of art by manipulating it however I saw fit. For this particular assignment I combined Grant Wood's "American Gothic" and Tim Burton's "Mars Attacks!" into a single cohesive painting (2013).
Pictured Above (Left): Geomarilyn
This geometrical depiction of iconic movie superstar Marilyn Monroe was produced out of boredom (2012).
Pictured Above (Right): GTA Character
This image is a depiction of my friend Lydia as a Grand Theft Auto type digital character (2014).
Pictured Above (Left): 1969 Magazine Tear-out
This is just a graphic rendering of a 1969 Billboard chart article torn from the magazine it came from, I don't know why I made this honestly haha (2016).
Pictured Above (Middle): A-Z Poster
This is a poster I rendered for a project incorporating every letter of the alphabet represented in some form of typography. To achieve this I enlisted the help of the old phrase "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog," which does utilize every letter (2012).
Pictured Above (Right): Collage Compass App
This is an interface rendering for an app I had played around with designing that would allow users to anonymously post digital "sticky notes" to other students on a community board informing other scholars of various happenings, events, class advice, etc. Later an app called Yik Yak was produced that followed this model and was quite successful (2011).
Pictured Above (Left & Middle): Vinyl Boat Wrap
These are pictures of a vinyl wrap I designed for my friend Travis' old boat. The first image displays the vinyl graphic in its entirety. The second displays the appearance of the applied wrap (2015).
Pictured Above (Right): iPad Wrap
This was just a simple "Air Jordan" wrap I designed for a friend's iPad depicting the Jordan brand 'Jump Man' and the insignia of the Chicago Bulls with Michael Jordan's iconic #23, none of which I claim to own (2015).
Pictured Above: Hickory Track Circuit Race Car #0
This is a wrap that was applied to a dirt track race car when I was employed by Cosmo Motors located in Hickory, NC (2016).
Pictured Above: Vinyl Wrap
These pictures are just further examples of my vinyl wrapping technique and expertise. I was employed with Cosmo Motors as a graphic designer and vinyl installation technician and was afforded many opportunities to familiarize myself with the craft (2016).
Pictured Above: Tyler Durden "Fight Club" Poster
One of my favorite all time movies is David Fincher's "Fight Club" (1999), an adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's novel by the same name. These were rendered for a graphic design project in which I was to incorporate a hand drawn element to create a movie poster. On the left is the original illustration, followed by the digitized version of it, and lastly the poster itself. I do not claim to own the rights to any of the logos of the brands and companies depicted (2013).
Pictured Above: Dreamscapes
These are two digital art projects in which I was to create a 'dreamscape' or a hyper-exaggerated depiction of reality (2011).
